Frankie Fernandez-Breedlove is a seasoned communications professional specializing in strategic communications and public relations for social impact organizations. She’s been on both sides of the desk from leading a small in-house comms team wearing many hats to specializing in PR and strategic communications at a full-service communications agency.
Frankie brings depth and experience on issues related to immigrant justice, public health, housing, education, racial justice, climate justice, civic engagement, and more.Over the course of her career, Frankie has been proud to work on projects that have directly improved the lives of our communities. Her experience delivering messaging and strategy has resulted in:
$95M in funding for Oregon’s climate resilience package
$123M in funding for direct financial relief to immigrant Oregonians
Legislative wins at the state and local level including: protections for farmworkers to ensure they receive overtime pay they earned, establishing universal legal representation for Oregonians facing deportation, eviction and rental reform, protecting reproductive freedoms, establishing statewide access to life saving harm reduction tools, and more.
